There is a quite long period of time for ocean floor access between low and high tides,

check the tide table:
If you do go there after the park closes, you don't have to pay the entrance fee. You can still park the car outside of the gate and walk to the rocks.

        • 公园好像9点开门,日出后两小时去好像还是得逃票
          • 嗯,那么看high tide的时候就补上票,呵呵 +1
            • 诚实的没必要了,呵呵。东岸人民很随和,我们到一个三文鱼养殖场,他们说今天不收门票,水位太高,你们看不到三文鱼。对别人的好意欣然收之,也是美德。 +1
              • 我是说,high tide反正也是要看的,是在office hour,肯定得买票,就自然补上了嘛
      • You have to "逃票" if you get there after closing, +1
        but no need to feel bad, it's officially advised. We went there before closing and paid, but we were asked to move the car outside of the gate and to go back in, because they would also close the parking lots. Saw lots people just arrived and parked outside after 5 (it closes at 5 in June).
