| and presentation skills. Must have good experience working with vendors - ie: vendor |
| profile |

Background Information

Through the INP initiative, there is a need for a senior technical
infrastructure support specialist responsible for the technical delivery,
planning and maintenance of the Telecommunications Infrastructure.

As an incident coordinator the candidate will be responsible to:

1) Analysis and resolve complex and technical problems
2) Develop/Maintain escalation and notification process
3) Provide technical training coaching and mentoring to the TSC and
Telecom personnel

Services Description of Assignment

Require a senior technical infrastructure support specialist to provide
telecommunications expertise to provide training and support for network
incidences and Problem Management. The candidate will be required to
support the service desk and Telecom Service Management Team Members
enabling rapid resolutions to incidences.


Scope of services to be performed

Ø Identify major incidences; develop and implement action plans for
incident resolution
Ø Monitor Sev 10 network incidences; (if necessary reclassify the
level of threat by matching the situation facts to the treat criteria)
update Senior Network Mgmt team as necessary and others as appropriate
Ø Set objectives and approve plans for returning to normal
operations
Ø Provide immediate response (within 10 minutes of ticket referral)
Ø On-Call for after hours consultation for the Justice Incident
co-coordinator to determine course of action
Ø Ensure appropriate support services are provided
Ø Create requests for changes to CI's if known error is clear
Ø Perform root cause analysis of incidents to determine the
best corrective action to restore service

Ø Establish criteria's for post-crisis analysis, evaluation and
recommendations to the Operations Manager
Ø Create/Maintain local and external resource lists
Ø Identify and document local training and exercise needs to TSC and
Telecom personnel
Ø Review and revise existing support matrix's
Ø Set specific objectives and develop/document action plans for
distribution to TSC and Telecom personnel
Ø Chair/attend RCA meetings and provide post mortem reports on
Network outages
Ø Attend and provide documentation to local service and change
management representatives
Ø Provide service monthly trend reports on break fix incidents to
Operations Mgr.
Ø Ensure that agreed upon processes and procedures are followed
