Overview
The role of a Network Specialist at Teknocor Limited is to offer
technical support services to our clients. Our services include
workstation, server, LAN and WAN support. As a Network Specialist you
will be involved in the installation and ongoing support of Network
solutions for our clients.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Have an excellent understanding of 2000/NT server
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Personable and team oriented
• MCP/MCSE 2000 Certification
• Exchange Server, Terminal Server
• Experience configuring file server hardware
• Experience troubleshooting Network issues

Responsibilities
• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Install and service network equipment.
• Maintain Microsoft Windows 2000 Server and Back Office Products
• Respond to service calls for customers.
