The individual will provide technical leadership in the design,
development and support of the industry's most sophisticated, host-
based job-scheduling, workload/resource management solution. This
position requires the technical professional to have an advanced and
in-depth knowledge of S/390 software development, system/product
design and solution integration.
Technical Abilities:

- Significant S/390 MVS/ESA internals expertise and systems
analysis, design, programming and testing experience.
- Experience driving product design/development that
incorporates product reliability, security, serviceability,
maintainability and performance.
- Expertise with IBM mainframe ASSEMBLER, JCL, REXX, ISPF, TSO,
JES2, JES3, VTAM, TCP/IP, SAF, SMF.
- Expertise with S/390 problem determination (e.g. debugging,
dump analysis, tracing).
- Knowledge of S/390 Parallel Sysplex, XCF and WLM
exploitation/usage would be a key asset.

Relevant Personal and Business Skills:

- Enthusiastic; high initiative; self-managed; well-organized;
leads by example; innovative.
- Effective technical communications.

Education and/or Experience:

- Bachelors, graduate or equivalent degree in Computer
Science/Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
