Gage Learning Corporation, a leading educational publisher, is seeking
an individual to provide PC/Network support to both local and remote
users by means of troubleshooting, set-up and solving problems
encountered by the users on a day-to-day basis. This position will
also provide back-up support to the AS400 operator.

Hands on experience with the following operating systems is required:
Novell, MAC, PC, AS400, LINUX and WINDOWS/NT as well as a knowledge of
the following protocols; TCP/IP and various Windows Protocols.

The ideal candidate must have post secondary education in a computer
related program, and be able to communicate effectively with users at
all levels within the company and be capable of working with minimal
supervision.
