REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year accounting experience
2nd/3rd level CMA/CGA
Works with minimum supervision
Works well in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Takes Initiative
Work well in a team environment

Duties:

Data Entry - Financial Statements, Forecasts & Journal Entries
Payroll coding and related journal entries
Bank Reconciliations
Month-end/Quarter-end close - Income Statement Review
Balance sheet account reconciliations
Inter-company invoicing - monthly
Inter-company reconciliations
Bonus &commission accruals
Weekly sales/order-entry reporting
Year-end audit preparation
Extra hours may be required during month-end, quarter-end and year-end.
Other projects and accounting functions as required.
