Skills/Qualifications required:
• Ability to set up and operate metal fabrication equipment like lathe, milling machine, cutting, grinding and drilling etc.
• Reads dimensional drawings, and/or sketches of part to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, set up, machining sequence and operating requirements.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Set up and operation of machine shop equipment to perform the welding fixtures and industrial components/work cells.
• During new model introductions, to assist in developing the new fixtures. Fabrication – cutting and machining of steel for prototypes. Willing to work day and night shifts.
Robotic/Welding Technician/Leader (Ref. code WT-01)
Skills/Qualifications required:
• Hands-on experience in Resistance, GTAW (TIG) or GMAW (MIG) welding
• Knowledge of robotic programming Fanuc, ABB or Panasonic robots would be an asset
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Robot Welding – Set up, operate, trouble shoot, and repair damaged components. GMAW (MIG) or GTAW (TIG) Welding – operate critical welds, set up parameters and troubleshoot bad welds. PLCs - trouble shoot, program, edit, wiring inputs & outputs. Willing to work day and night shifts.
• During new model introductions, to assist in developing, manufacturing and installing the new equipment.
Quality Assurance Inspector (Ref. code QA-01)
Skills/Qualifications required:
• Thorough knowledge of the ISO/QS 9000 QMS standards.
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies and welding inspection experience are required.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Perform daily welding in-process QA inspection and SPC process control. Willing to work day and night shifts.
• Maintain and support ISO ongoing audits and corrective actions.

Skills/Qualifications required:
• Knowledge with welding or automotive parts assembly.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• To weld metal parts with robotic machine or resistance welders.
