有感兴趣做customer service+data entry+call center(no sales)的吗?我今天去了一家，第一关就被毙了，详情如下：

keyword(dragonfly)
报纸上的广告是说Full time,$10/hr+benefit，Mapping skills
公司叫One Call什么的，在Beaver Greek,我从16th Ave. and Bayview向南
走去的，第一个红绿灯口向东（East Beaver Rd.），No. 30，公司感觉
不错，就听一堆人叽里呱啦在电话，挺练英语呵。一去就让填表做题，
题目公布如下（只记住部分，有些词俺不懂）：
解释以下各词：adjacence; building line; water main; road allowance;
subdivision;installation;locator;... ....
然后是一页地图，有7-8个问题，如：在**路和**街交口处画个X，在某路口
向东1mile的地方写个A，从地图西南角如何到**街；从**路口如何走到教
堂；... ....
做完题目等待他们评卷，有机会继续interview，做听写测试和其他的...
有趣吧？？:-)
建议有兴趣的抓紧去，我今天去碰到大概10人去填表，和我一样第一关
就毙掉的可能有6个，他们招的人数应该挺多。
老老叨叨了那么多，不知对大家有没有帮助。。。
祝去的家伙好运，有戏的话，嘿嘿，是不是该请我喝喝coffee,我今天可是
又饥又热的去到那里，好在出来就有家country style........

      I guess this call center is to provide route guide info to Taxi drivers.

      So you have to take the responsibilty for the info. They requires a good command of English, seemes they don't want you get training there.

      BTW, during my test, there's a word: cul-de-sec , I didn't know this word, so I asked them, then I was turned down. Later on I got the meaning from the dictionary, it means: Dead end.
