individuals who enjoy the diversity and challenge of the
following positions:
Press Shop Stamping Operators
(Continental Night shift 7:00p.m - 7:00 a.m.) (Salary range is
from $14.00 - $17.50 + Shift Premium)
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year working
experience in a stamping environment; able to set up tooling
in press and is able to record production data, has strong
Math skills, and the ability to operate & maintain precision
measuring instruments. This individual must be a team player
and can work independently within a short period of time.
The Press Operator is responsible to set up transfer tools;
maintain quality production standards; operate various presses
from 300 ton -- 800 ton with progressive and transfer dies;
fit coil stock into progressive tools through feeder; per form
quality inspection using gauging/fixture equipment and
complete data sheet and report to the Production Supervisor on
product and scrap. This position requires moderate physical
exertion and manual movement is required for starting coils,
moving bins from press with pallet jack, etc. Close attention
is required to avoid errors that could cause damage to machine
or product.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to make his/her
mark in a fast paced, challenging, very technical environment.
