suppose you can browser internet ; let do following 3 step:

eagle_no1(瞎起哄)

1) check if your have problem with your micphone and earphone.
msn messenger --> tools -->audio tuning wizart.....
if these is problem , fix it , go to 2) otherwise

2) try yahoo messanger with voice;
i don't think you would have problem here ; otherwise download new,version ;

3) try to make your msn messenger voice work ;
i don't think your msn messenger would work right now until you do:
google search:
upnp , port forwarding , msn messenger;
there is a lot of trouble related what solution you choose; your router; and the version of you OS and msn messenger;

basically, only one machine can use msn messenger voice function , so the others cann't during the one is in use;

1，试试不用router直接连，看行不行；
2，我说也许是因为你说yahoo也不行，而一般情况是接了router，yahoo是可以的，msn不行；
3，查查是不是webcam的原因；
4，如果是router的问题，看看router是否支持upnp；
5，查查以前的帖子，这里讨论过这个问题多次。
