      就是刚好草长花开，房子看起来漂漂亮亮。然后几轮谈下来，签约。留下搬家的时间。一般刚好是老房主孩子毕业，新房主孩子刚好联系这边的学校半办入学。可不刚好就是4,5月看房嘛。等到6,7月，该买的都买了，你叫谁看房子？看是有人看，都是看热闹的。
