里面是这么写的：

For students enrolled in a qualifying educational program (full-time studies), there is a $8,000 limit for the first 13 consecutive weeks of enrolment in the program. After the student has completed the 13 consecutive weeks, there is no limit on the amount of EAPs that can be paid if the student continues to qualify to receive them.

为了确认，专门问了2个银行的工作人员，1个说是初次取款后13周，另一个说9月开学后13周，银行的人说的都不一致。

孩子的第一笔 RESP已经取出来了。现在诚心请教有经验人士，这个13周怎么算。
