    • 是!从大体上来说,不诚信言行只要违反了公司的规定就有理由开掉。LD朋友所在某上市公司就曾经因为员工休假超过一天未返回工作,电话中说航班变化影响,结果被公司调查是撒谎就被开除了...当然也有不少公司是看人及其与领导的交情而定...
      • 你这个意见,和加拿大最高法院的判例不吻合
        • 俺看的是现实中见闻的实例,不是法院的判例.....如果公司的管理规则中有因诚信问题导致损失/声誉问题等,被开除有何不可?比如上述实例中那员工未按时回岗位导致岗位出现空缺影响工作完成,若他承认错误或许还可原谅,但撒谎公司不可接受,诚信底线往往比出错更重要!
