这月中旬开始姐姐得了一种怪病，转了几家医院均未能确诊，现在姐姐的病越来越重，医生也束手无策，我想你能不能帮我在网上求助，因为我没试过，也不知道如何求助。现在我把病情告诉你。我姐15日感觉到吞咽困难，但可以咽下食物；16日不能咽下任何食物，包括流质；17日感觉颈部和口腔部位不适，不能转头，讲话困难；18日症状更重，入住市人民医院；19日几乎不能张开嘴巴，不能讲话；20日感觉呼吸困难，同时由于自发病起一直不能吐痰，转入ICU进行吸氧和吸氮处理。此时该医院基本已做完所有的身体检查, 包括核磁共振（MRI），血液和骨髓的炎症检测，身体各部位的相关检查，但均未查到病因；21日我们转到医科大学一附院，晚上我姐开始出现剧烈的全身抽搐和呼吸受阻、缺氧等症状，多次抢救，后转入ICU。经一附院各科专家和市第八人民医院（破伤
风专科医院）会诊，认为是破伤风，建议转市八院治疗。我姐身上无任何伤口，印象中也未受外伤（我姐一直神志清醒），但我们还是转到了市八院。从21日到今天，我姐在市八院接受治疗已整整一周，病情并未好转，局部抽搐如颈部和口腔肌肉痉挛频繁，一直发烧（38度左右），脉博130左右，忽高忽低，有时血压和呼吸也远高于正常值。我姐的病情越来越重，但病因无法确诊。如果属破伤风，治疗一周后应该有明显改善；如果是新的病毒，又找不到依据。目前市人民医院和医一附院也在关注此病例，因为他们都无法确诊.
Since the middle of May 2004, my sister has been suffering from a strange disease. She has been examined in several hospitals, but the source of the illness is not found yet. Now her illness becomes more and more serious. The symptoms are as follows: In May 15th, She felt difficult in swallow, but can still eat food; in May 16th she can not swallow any food including fluids; in 17th she felt uneasy in the neck and mouth, could not turn her head around, could hardly speak. In May 18th she was sent to the City Hospital. In May 19th she could hardly open her mouth, could not talk; in 20th she felt hard in breath. Since she could not discharge phlegm, she was sent to ICU and took in Oxygen and Nitrogen. The hospital finished all the exams including MRI, blood, marrow and related organs exam, but didn't found the reason of the illness. In May 21st she was transferred to The First Hospital of Medicine University. In that evening she suffered serious convulsion, breath-blocking, lack of Oxygen. After exam, the experts from the hospital and City's 8th Hospital thought the disease is probably (Po Shang Feng), and transferred her to the Guangzhou 8th Hospital for treatment. But she didn't have any injury in the body, and was conscious all the time. After one week’s treatment she didn't get better. Convulsion is frequent in neck and mouth. Other symptoms include high fever (38 C), heart beat rate 130/minute. Sometimes the blood pressure and breath rate are much higher than normal.
