I am applying for the bachelor degree of education in Queen's. I have mailed them my transcript. They said they can not accept this transcript. I must submit them a copy of transcript with notary certified. Please notice that the transcript mailed to them has borne the official stationery and official seal. I put it into another enverlop and mailed to the university. I wonder why it didn't work. And who knows the place where I can certify the transcript in Toronto? I really feel anxious on this issue.
