The next steps
The Conciliation Board will now write its report and submit it to the Public Service Staff Relations Board (PSSRB). The Board has 14 days from the first day of the hearing (August 7) to file the report. Seven days after the union is notified that the report has been filed, PSAC CRA members will be in a position to take legal strike action. The union will also be ready to meet with the employer if the CRA indicates at any time that it is prepared to negotiate a fair agreement.
