take QEW, then if you wanna cross the border at Niagara Falls, just follow the signs, and take 420....it will bring you to the rainbow bridge, but just a bit confusing, if it is the first time you take 420......if i were you i would prefer to take 405, then Lewiston, New York.....it is I190 right before the border....both Niaragar Falls and Lewistion, New York have nothing to do with Buffalo, if you go by Fort Erie, Ontario, it will take you to Buffalo for sure. but i didn't like the routine. my favorite was QEW---405---Lewiston US Custom----I190-I290-I90......very very very very easy....any more questions?
