My personal opinion: 1.it all depends on how much you like the job, what kind of experience you can get from the job - is it the kind of experience that you long for years or just general kind of thing?

2. It is hard for women who want to get a nice career and be a good mom at the same time.
My experience is employers normally don't have good impression about employees who get pregnant soon after they be on the postion no matter how much they "appear" to be nice and friendly at the news that you are pregnant. Personnally, I dont' think you have much chance of renewing your contract, unless your boss is very nice or you do an excellent job or they really need somebody with your skills.
3. Try to finish the contract as good as you can, take it easy no matter what happens. Bottom line, you have at least good experience with a big company which can make your resume looks good, at the meantime enjoy your time with your baby - it should be wonderful!
Personal opinion, dont' take it serious.

代理不会有什么损失，只是代理在发工资给你时需要代扣EI和CPP (如果直接hire还需代扣income tax), 你最后到手的要少得多，所以你自己要算算账，怎么作才对你最有利。 -babypig(babypig); 2006-2-23 (#2801588@0)
