Then I checked the server, there is file: /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts, also we can send mail to the host which are listed in the rcpthosts file. I also find /etc/tcp.smtp and /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb. According that, I assumed that SMTP was not connected with TCPSERVER, and then I run next command (I log on as root):

Tcpserver –v –p –x /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb –u0 –g0 0 smtp /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd &

The server show: fatal, unable to bind, the address is in use.
