What I should do now?

I am selling my home now. I got two offers. The first one is 4000 dollars less than the second one, but the closing date can match my closing date. The second offer is good at price, and the buyer really likes my house, but there will be 4 days gap between the closing dates. I never had experienced this kind of problem before. I also contacted a truck company, and they can load all the stuff in the track and after 4 days to move to my new home. My stuff will stay in the truck for about 4 days. If you were me, what you will do?

Does anybody here have the experience of storing all your house’ stuffs in the storage area? Is it expensive? There are a few days gap between my houses’s closing date. I need a place to store my stuffs in some where for about 3 or 4 days.

唉,抢offer,前两天我没抢着,我在closing day 上完全去meet卖家要求,但对方价钱比我们好,但也好不了你说的那么多(事后知道的)这抢offer还真是件难操作的事情.我好喜欢那个房子啊,现在还后悔得紧呢.
I wouldn't trust the truck company to keep my stuff for 4 days. Hire a mover twice only cost a few hundred bucks extra, as long as you can get someone to help you with the storage. -jeff_limin(Jeff); 2008-5-14 (#4451304@0)
