地下室墙脚漏水也没看到. 我是搬进去之后, 做卫生时才发现的. 另外, 水管开后象打雷, 噪音令人难以忍受. 但他却说这很正常. 总结一下, 验房时自己要谨慎, 觉得不对劲的地方自己要亲自查看. 我家漏水的地方是楼梯拐弯下面. 里面有水表. 因空间不大, 我没有跟着进去, 最主要的是相信这厮是他自己吹的专业人士, 以至留下祸端.
