I do track my letter through canada post website and it only shows that canada post received my letter on April 4th, 2009.

I do track my letter through canada post website and it only shows that canada post received my letter on April 4th, 2009. Then I called canada post and ask them to track my letter and they are not sure where my letter is. They told me that probably immigration center had received my letter, but they did not scan it. Then I tried to call 1-888-242-2100, but you can only call this number in Canada. Today my wife called this number and one lady told my wife that they can not check whether they received my letter. So do I need to mail another copy to them?

You should track your mail status on http://www.canadapost.ca by inputting your 16 digit tracking number if you mailed it with Xpost. If you can’t get anything by doing this, then contact the call center at 1-888-242-2100. -mengxi(溪溪); 2009-4-22 (#5212927@0)
