I am a graduate student at California Institute for the Arts in Los Angeles.
I am currently in my third year of the Film Directing program. While living in Los Angeles, I have worked on several feature films and for production companies
in Hollywood. Currently I live in Toronto, and the project I am working on is my thesis film. It is a short dramatic narrative about 8-10 minutes in length.
The story follows a young Chinese-Canadian boy as he returns home from school and rides the subway to Dundas/Spadina where his father owns a store.
Experienced filmmaker from Los Angeles, California is looking for Chinese-Canadian teenagers for a film shoot.
Dates are scheduled for the middle of March, around Spring Break, and for four or five days. The film will be played at film festivals across Canada, US, Europe and Asia.
Needed: One Boy (13-14), Two Girls (14-16) - Fluent Cantonese is a plus.
