I had very good experience with the bagged triple mix.

fruitfly(fruit_fly)

I haven't had to add anything to the soil for years after the initial investment. But it is better that you have couple of inches of good soil before adding the plants. I used raised bed so I can add the soil directly on top of the grass without getting rid of them. But it does require quite a bit of soil. Best is to have it delivered to your front yard. But be careful who you buy the soil from. I had bad experience with my last delivery.
I saw nice 栀子 in Canadian Tire. Not sure where to get 茉莉.

到哪儿买苗？强烈推荐Costco，别嫌多别嫌贵。
买什么？建议黄瓜辣椒西红柿，别的看着办。
怎么种？如果你家地不够好，买一方好土（top soil），就在种菜的地方换好土，加点牛羊粪更好。
维护？每天浇水（下雨天例外）。
