1. if you using a closed little box, change to a open little pan. some cats don't like the closed little box because the smell inside. 2. check the location of the litter pan. place it in a quiet area. cats need privacy.

3. clean the litter pan more often. or put two.
4. don't put litter pan close to your cat's eating area.
5. don't punish you cat. stress may make your cat incontinent.

She used to play in the backyard but we moved to another city last year and live in an apartment so far. We have to keep her indoor since she is too playful outside and caused complaint.
