我1月17日补交材料，3月10日在网上查到DM，告知3月8日寄出信，3月14日收到担保通过信，现准备正式提交父母的移民申请(北京)，我现在的疑问是除了北京使馆需要的材料外，是否还需要再提交IMM 0008和IMM 5669，这两份表已在补料时提交，之所以有这个疑问是因为CIC的网上这样写:

If your application was submitted prior to July 18, 2011, you must complete the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) and the Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) as per the instruction in your letter.
