I found a 96 Toyato Avalon with 67000 miles and the owner show me the carfax report, it says "title clean, blahblah....", everything looks fine and I almost put deposit on this car then I found problem: on the timingbelt cover a sticker note with the following content:

Date: 04/11/01
Odemeter reading: 106814

but now this car has only 67000 on the odemeter!!!!!!!!!!!!
and carfax report everything is fine!!!!!!!!!!

So becareful when you shop for used car. Car fax report is for your reference only.
Don't go for this car again: this guy is from mideast asia and he has this lovely junk car: 1996 dark green Toyato avalon.VIN:4T1BF12B0TU072904
