请教我这Sponsorship到底是过了还是还没结果？

2012 6月补交的材料（IM0008表，一些公证，照片….） 八月收到信from Case Centre say “ your application was received on # July 2012 and we have determined that your application is complete. Your application is now in the processing queue and will be processed based on the date that the complete application was received.”
我查了CIC的网站, 我的Sponsorship的状态还是 Received on May 2009, 没说过了没有,我父母的状态也是材料Received on May 2009. 这点我有点不理解,父母的材料不是刚收到的吗,为什么也是2009年呢?
不知各位可否给个指引,谢谢!
