Reporting Structure: Experience/Education Requirements:
· Reporting to Manager, Inventory Control
• College/University degree/diploma in business, automotive marketing, or similar discipline.
• Preferably ‘three years' work related experience in Automotive Sales / Inventory / Marketing or similar discipline.
• Knowledge of vehicle ordering and distribution.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (proficient at creating pivot tables).
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Access, CICS, VOAS.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to initiate & improve processes to increase efficiencies.

Scope or Impact
Key role in supporting department according to monthly production ordering cycle. Accurate ordering of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, manage all associate demo orders and registrations and reconcile TCI's corporate inventory of vehicles on a monthly basis.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
· Prepare all necessary files and complete tasks required to fulfill monthly Getsudo production ordering cycle. (Production Meetings, Pre-order, Adjustments, PROCON)
· Assist with various studies/analysis to support Nenkei long range production planning processes

· Responsible for maintaining/distributing various Daily/Monthly reports, Aging stock/Past Model Summaries, Rundowns and Ordering Tools.

· Coordinate all TCI QCS vehicle orders and convey requests to TMC. Must maintain constant communication with stakeholder departments (Press, TU, Marketing, etc..) on their QCS vehicle status to support key launch activities.

· Conduct Vessel matches of vehicle orders according to sales trends and wholesale plans. Accommodating retail/fleet sold units and to ensure an expedient distribution of the product to its pre-determined destinations.

· Responsible to administer support to the IC Zone team and National team managing national/dealer orders (i.e. trade and cut supplemental orders, submitting orders changes, etc.).
· Other duties as requested or required

· Initiates and implements appropriate 'kaizen' (continuous improvement) efforts which results in work efficiencies relating to cost reduction or avoidance, improved time and process efficiencies;

· Locks in and measures incremental success through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);

· Standardizes and shares successes across the team or organization through 'yokoten' (shares best practices); continues to improve through kaizen and shares again.
