本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛Working closely with the IT Team Leader, IT Director and other IT staff the IT Infrastructure Specialist leverages their knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, MAN, etc., technologies while working on peripherals (servers, blade servers, switches, routers, firewalls, PDU’s, UPS’s), operating systems (including but not limited to Windows 2kx, Linux, UNIX, MAC) and applications/services (Exchange 2kx, SQL, IIS, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, WINS, NTFS, CIFS, NFS, etc.) located in our corporate LAN. The IT Infrastructure Specialist will also have a solid understanding of ACL’s, ITIL, Security and Microsoft best practices.

Intercepting low, medium and high priority troubleshooting tickets, the IT Infrastructure specialist is expected to observe corporate SLA’s when resolving issues and also document changes to our infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Specialist will also be expected to update Change Management documentation and ensure all IT corporate strategies are strictly adhered to.
