My family just bought the front-load LG washer. I found that the front-load does not clean the clothes as thoroughfuly as the top-load washer because the former uses less water. Besides the front-load washer operates much longer time and consumes more electricity, which definitely is a con to Ontarions as the sales tax in Ontario on electricy is 13%. Overall, I think the top-load washer is a much better choice.
What's your thought on the front-load washer vs top-load washer? what brands of top-load washer do you recommend?
