I got your letter last week, and I am happy to see you can write me such a good letter this year! I remembered you draw me pictures in the past and now you can write in letters! Wa--La!
I have a few words that I want to say to you this Xmas so that you know what I know about you and what I feel about you.
First of all, I have been noticed that you learnt and enjoyed a lot from the passed whole year. You are still keeping high standard of your artistic activities like drawing and crafting. I can also see that you did great job on other activities even some time you don't enjoy them as much as the others. I think it is challenging for people to fulfill something that he/she is not 100% comfortable to do. I feel proud of you when you can actually finish something that you thought you can not do, like piano! I think you should be proud of yourself as well.
Secondly, I noticed that you love your family a lot. I knew that you still love your Dad a lot even though he is angry at you for so many things. I think most of the time getting angry is his way to show that he cares; I know it may make you feel bad, and the best way is to communicate better with him so that both of you can be happy. And I sure know you love your Mum, who works the latest everyday and is dreaming that she can became a full time home staying Mum of you and your little brother someday in the near future. You love your little brother a lot, who is the only one that believes you two have to fight the monster together. You are continuing loving your Grandpa and Grandma since you know they are the only one who can make the most yummy dumplings.
Now it comes my wish to you, I wish you happy and healthy in the new year! I hope you can handle your friendship better with your schoolmates. I hope you are more self confident and dare to say "no" when you don't like someone or something in the school.
I also hope to see that you become more responsibility at home, including tidy up your room, clean up after you've done something. Share the home with others, not just make the mass and forget about it.
That being said, I think I can still keep you on my Nice List, but I am looking forward to see your improvement in 2014.
By the way, I will drop one of the toys on your list but not all of them since every kid should have the chance to get a gift. I have to be Fair since I love you all!
