      • 看来你也不确定。我来解释一下吧:RRSP钱买房,相当于政府允许你先借用你RRSP的钱用,然后允许你15年内必须放回去。当年你买RRSP时,你已经用哪个额度低过税,你现在是往回还,当然不占你现在的RRSP指标。举个例子:
        你今年买5000刀RRSP,如果政府要求你今年还600刀,那你今年的抵税额度就只是4400刀,虽然你买了5000刀。
    • 不占。它被算着Repayment under HBP,而且你会发现它实际被算着当年的RRSP Income。所以HBP实际上是要补税的。
      • 是这样的。可我就不明白为什么repay的时候要算收入还补税。那将来退休后从rrsp取出时还要再算一次收入,再交税,不时double了吗?

        • 反正我就是按照NOA上的要求2013年开始还。用studio tax报税,在hbp repayment那一栏上填上数,它自动就给我放到taxable income里去了。这是我第一次还款,所以很困惑。
          • 反正你就是让studio tax牵着鼻子走。你要是用10种软件报税大概能报出10种结果。

            • $5000 for 2013 can deduct tax, $1000 for repayment cannot deduct tax because it deducted tax before. otherwise $1000 deduct tax twice.
              • 那这1000也不能加到我的income上啊。这样的话,这1000有要交税。
          • If you didn't buy any rrsp between jan 2013-feb 2014, your taxable income will add the minimum repayment.
            • 还要注意这个Repayment under HBP一定要买给你自己,而不能是SPOUSAL RRSP, 否则还是算你当年的收入
