Part 2: Immigration forms 申请人需要填写的表格里面 IMM5406 ＆IMM5669 在Guide3999里面的要求如下
Who needs to fill out this application form?
This form must be completed by:

•You, as the principal applicant,
•Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
•Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

担保人也是申请人的spouse, 那么担保人是否需要也填写呢？网上有搜说不用，昨天给CIC电话，接电话的说要。请教各位啦！
