The name and date of birth of the person who appears in the photo

如果只是这个要求，很好理解。。。。但如果再参照APPENDIX A: PHOTO SPECIFICATION
One photo must:
bear the name and complete address of the photo studio and the date the photo was taken
must be included on the back of one photo.
一定要有照相馆的名字和地址吗？那再加上姓名出生年月和拍照日期，一张小小的照片也容不下这么多内容啊？大家都是怎么处理的。。。。急啊。。。
