and maintain bureau databases and intranet/Internet sites.

Qualifications: analytical/programming skills in database
design/management; understanding of database Structured Query
Language, MS SQL Server, Oracle; knowledge of
document-management systems/software, Adobe (FrameMaker,
Acrobat,Distiller, Reader, GoLive), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
MS Outlook, Internet Information Server, Internet Explorer,
scanning technologies, electronic archiving/retrieval;
problem-solving skills to provide technical
support/recommendations;
ability to implement database upgrades/modifications,
design/content changes, identify/resolve programming,
publication errors; communication/interpersonal skills to provide
consulting/instruction support to individuals/groups;
administrative/organization skills to monitor/maintain accuracy
of databases/publications, maintain logs/schedules/project
plans; ability to pass OPP background security investigation.
