1, You need to keep records of ALL your previous addresses.
2, It's your responsibility to make sure all mails go to your current address.
3, You need to file tax return every year, no matter you move or not. Moving is not a valid excuse for not filing tax return though. :)
4, You may register at the website of CRA. Once you log in, you will be able to find ALL your previous tax returns, and find out how much refund you should have.
5, It's suggested to register your bank account with CRA so that any payments go to your account electronically.
6, Even if your previous refund cheques got lost, you may request CRA to issue the refund again. Again, better to do it electronically.
