COMMERCIAL BUILDING OPERATOR required for leading real estate investment firm be part of the operations team for a large commercial complex to handle the HVAC, plumbing, some electrical and other building operating systems on a day to day basis. You will perform daily, monthly and annual maintenance and trouble shoot on various systems when required. You must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to deal with the tenants, trades, customers etc. that frequent the building. You will be responsible for all report writing and follow up to any actions. Candidates must have a minimum of five years commercial building operations experience with a BES certification.
