枫下家园 / 美丽家居 / 问一个很基本的问题，换马桶需要先找inspector吗，还是不用，自己换了合格的型号直接自己申请rebate就行了？Richmond Hill一个马桶能拿多少rebate呀？谢谢。

我家是自己到商店买了个政府指定的马桶(有若干型号,自选),商店直接就给了rebate, 然后自己回家安装.

如果只是换马桶, , 填表寄到CITY OF TORONTO( 表上有地址), 不同的型号REBATE 金额不同, 有60, 75, 125...
如果你家需要换,窗, 暖气炉, 屋顶保温层加厚.., 可先找AUDITOR 做INSPECTION, , 马桶还可以得到ONTARO ECO REBATE 100/个, 上网查一下: ECO PROGRAMM.

Make sure your city has this program. As I know, toronto, peel region,waterloo has it but I can't find it at york region.Store rebate is different thing. City program doesn't care how much you bought (even you got rebate from store or you bought it from warehouse at very low price), they only care if the brand and model is qualified. Usually they will list all the qualified models at their website.

there is a program in RH called "water for tomorrow", but it is not available until 2009
