还想弱弱的问一下，detailed head to toe assessment，我觉得说下来35分钟可能都不止，可是你总共也就只面试了三十五分钟，能举例说面一下吗，我最puzzle的就是头部，要包括12对颅神经吗，还有骨骼肌肉系统怎么说呢？是把你的面试者当成病人还是怎么样呢？谢谢

哈哈，又不是医生考试，恐怕面试你的考官都说不清12对颅神经。neruo: 只要知道GCS和pupil ,obeys commands? bilatary grips.
CVS: BP, HR, regular? irregular? DP and PT pulse presented? capillary filling time
ankles edema? general pitting edema? 如果能说出JVD就很牛了。
resp: contur of the chest, RR , regular? labbored breathing? adventitious lung sounds? SPO2, air entry sounds, 如果是面试胸外心外，可以说说trach deviation.

谢谢加飞猫及时的回答。我刚看到Serena的那个题目detailed head to toe的时候，以为是每个系统都要逐一说一遍，而且还要很详细。看到你的提示，感觉心里有了点谱。那么就按照你那几个大块稍微扩充一下是不是就行了？这就是没实习的好处，没有概念。
