寻求帮助：现有专业摄像师方力拍摄的晚会录像带需要转换成VCD，是N制S-VHS的，请问哪位有比较好的视频采集卡？我有ATI TV-Wonder，但据说效果不是很理想。如果实在找不到更好的，只好用TV Wonder， 只怕辜负大家对VCD质量的期望

卡的质量够了。可以采集成S-VCD，比VCD好多了。另外你的机器要够劲。如有需要，我可以帮忙采集/转换/制作。

TV Wonder也可以直接采Mpeg-2--> SVCD，只是怕不是所有人的播放机都能放。我的机器够用，做过MiniDV--> AVI --> Mpeg2 --> SVCD，效果不错。谢谢
