申请父母移民，他们正在这里探亲，半年以上了，需要做这里的police certificates and clearances吗？怎么做呀？有人说要做finger printer, 是吗？又有人说不需要.有没有过来人呀?主坛子里都是TORONTO的做法,有没有人在咱KW办过呀?
