相约北美 / 移民留学 / 给12岁的女儿申请公民，timeline 是这样的，大家看看有什么问题吗？怎么会一直没有转到local office 的信息呢？我是从中国邮寄的申请，不过申请中填写的邮寄地址是多伦多的地址。14岁以下的孩子是不用考试和宣誓的，可是有转到local office 这一步吗？有经验的朋友请帮帮忙。多谢了

no. it doesn't transfer to local office. they will ask you to send the PR card to CIC directly and they will send the citizenship card to you.
