Maybe he is correct: $2 for cart,but $0.25 will be returned. Then he can use $0.50 to make a phone call. So in total $2.25 haha :)

我对那种挖苦人的玩笑就不客气，我对真心帮忙的人是感谢的。机场的推车和超市的推车是一种情况吗？乘上出租车后，谁能再还推车到原处？超市的推车当然是应该归到指定的地方.
