我想收入税应该逃不了,税务表上所有名目的收入,包括别人赠送的财富都属于当年的income。

请不要误导大家。Any resident of Canada who receives a gift or inheritance of any amount from almost source (except from an employer) will not have to include this in their income.

LZ这个情况没有税呀,只是可能要交Probation fee。但如果子女原本有自己的Principle Residence, 那这个继承的房子在继承之后产生的增值要交税。

爹妈还是要交的Non-registered capital assets are considered to have been sold for fair market value immediately prior to death. Any resulting capital gains are 50% taxable and added to all other income of the deceased on their final return where income tax will be calculated at the applicable personal income tax rates. They are taxed at the applicable capital gains tax rates.

如果是父母在世期间的增值:若是父母的primary residence,不交增值税。若不是父母的平日骂人也residence,交父母的增值税。如果是父母过世后的增值,若此房是继承者primary residence,不交增值税。若不是继承者的primary residence,交继承者的增值税。

一个保险JJ就忽悠我说,这种情况得交,所以要我买分红保险来cover我死后的 primary residence 增值税,我说,看来得在我死之前就把我的 primary residence 卖掉,以避免增值税。她说是的,幸亏老公阻拦,最后没有买成。

这个讲过了。 遗产税没有,如果房子是父母主要用房,过户给子女没税。 如果房子是父母的假日房或者投资房, 过户时按市价计算如果跟买入价相比有增值, 死去的父母欠政府税, 子女要交了税才能继承

这个问题很多很多年前在加拿大人中就有很多讨论,结论是有税,而且不低,至于细节,你可以向专业人员咨询。加拿大人曾经想出一招,就是父母以一块钱把房子卖给子女,意欲逃税,结果还是不行,税务局不是吃素的。
