算海外资产。只有超过10万加币的资产需要申报。卖出时如果赚了,赚的部分较增值税。从这个意义上讲现在报高点对将来有好处。

Personal-use property is generally defined as property owned by the taxpayer that he or she or a related party uses primarily for personal and enjoyment purposes. The CRA takes the view that “primarily” means more than 50%. Whether a particular property is primarily for personal use and enjoyment is a question of fact that is determined on a case-by-case basis."

只要当初买的时候没花超过10万就不用报,我十几年前在国内买两处房合计没超过10万,被告之不用报,虽然现在市值超50万,只要没卖就没事
