付的cash,有那个地址的银行statement, 没有合约,但是有押金收据(中文的)。没办法什么都要,房东就不租了。

你可以报的. 先告诉你房东, 你会报房租, 他会着急的, 不是你. 你按实数报.

提供不了证据。肯定是先来个账单让把claim过的钱+追加的利息先返还。Canada revenue agency就是这么运作的。等啥?

你是房东, 还是房客? 如果你是房东, 你可以看看, 即使你不给房客收据, 你房客报了房租后, 税务局会不会来找你. 你可以试试看.

说的是CRA怎么运作的。。。CRA不会介入这种扯皮。听这边这样说,那边那样说。Audit一旦开始,要提供不了证据就是disallow credit。开账单先给房客。有必要的话再audit房东,如果有一定证据的话。

just explain to CRA that the landlord does't want to provide the receipt. This means landlord hides his income.

sure,everything can be explained ... same for making claims for home renovation where contractor refused to provide receipt, or claims for restaurant expense where waitors refused to provide receipt, or child care, and they refused to provide receipt, then wait.

They are different. If your boss payed you with cash and did not give you T4, you still could claim the income. you just need list the employer infomation.

actually your example is completely opposite. One is to claim tax credit which requires receipt, as indicated on CRA web site. Your example is wanting to pay more taxes by claiming extra income.

if you don't want claim the rent, that is okay. i don't want to waste my time. and LZ has 有那个地址的银行statement, 没有合约,但是有押金收据(中文的)as proof.

没有说好,我说要收据,房东说只收现金,不开收据,押金收据还是住进去之前我要付款证明房东才手写的。

可以报。。。但万一被税局抽查,你最多只能证明是曾住过那儿。没法证明是付了多少钱,可能会有麻烦。

这不是证明。。。你提钱用来吃饭,用来买东西,就拿钱放一边都行,谁知道你是都用来付房租,还是只付一部分?住宿费退税很少。基本上只要有工作的就没得退。放你孩子那边。

网上查到附近出租的租金有比我们低的也有高的,我不太清楚是否给收据。不过你的说法也是可能的,只是我们租房时房东没有提到。

我以前读书的时候租房子房东说不给收据意思就是说大家都不报税,现在做装修和修理家电师傅说不给收据,全是现金交易,大家都明白不报税。 世界很小,我也不想跟同胞结仇,特别是你在明处的时候。。。也就算了, 不纠结了

如果你孩子报房租他能得到一些安省退税, 如果没有收入最多大概能多拿两三百吧.如果你付的是支票即使没有收据也没有问题, 但现金就说不清了, 你怎样证明你这段时间每月付这么多房租呢.而且房东一开始就声明不要报税, 如果要报税应该会收得更多, 你也说怕不租给你, 也就是你默认了不报税了.如果你要报税,你应该和房东商量, 房东逃税是不道德, 但你默许了又反悔也不道德啊
