不能,你收的租金为investment income ,报T776 表,你租房子的租金是报ON-BEN. 同时你失去了principal residence 的资格,因为按照要求“You, your current or former spouse or common-law partner, or any of your children lived in it at some time during the year” 需要一年中有一些日子是住在这个房子里的。
